With a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Vassar College and an M.S. in Agriculture, Food, and Environment from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University, Matt currently works as International Operations Program Manager of the Meat Import Council of America (MICA) and Leather and Hide Council of America (LHCA). He is excited about the work the Beef Checkoff supports as a critical vehicle for the promotion of beef’s role in a healthy diet.
