With a B.A. in Business Administration from Temple University, Andrew began his career with a prominent beef importing company before shifting to the manufacturing side of the business as a direct importer, FOB buyer, and end user. Today, he has almost 30 years dedicated to the imported meat sector and works as a certified purchasing manager at Birchwood Foods. He is a member of the Meat Importers Council of America (MICA), and also served a previous term on the Cattlemen’s Beef Board.
