Cathy and her husband, Duane, are a third-generation ranching family. She has dedicated her entire life to the cattle industry and the family’s cow-calf operation, Jauch Ranch. She is also the current owner of Gianandrea Insurance Agency, which specializes in farm and ranch insurance. Her past positions include 11 years with Eade Ranches and Feedlot in Southern Monterey County, Calif. and 10 years with Richard Stober Livestock. She has served as the president for Amador, El Dorado, Sacramento (AES) Cattlewomen and Cattlemen's Association, and she has held leadership positions in the California Cattlemen’s Association and California Cattlewomen Association.
