Debbie and her husband, Ron, own and operate Gill Cattle Company, a cow-calf operation in North Central Texas. While she did not originally come from a farming or ranching background, she tackled the steep learning curve and came to truly enjoy the ag lifestyle. She is active in the Texas CattleWomen organization, where her idea for a hands-on training program evolved into Women in Ranching Tours, Education, Training and More. Debbie is also serving as the Texas CattleWomen’s 2019-2020 president. She is also the Region IV director for the American National CattleWomen.
