Raised on a diversified crop and livestock farm focused on commercial crossbreed production, Joe runs Foster Farms, a backgrounder/stocker, dairy, and cow/calf operation in Gallipolis, Ohio. Over the years, he has been involved in a number of industry organizations, including
Farm Bureau, his local- and state-level cattlemen's associations, and NCBA. He previously served as Operating Committee Chair of the Ohio Beef Council and Ohio Cattlemen’s Foundation President and Association President.
