With over thirty-five years of experience in the beef import and export industry; Kim was the first Chairwoman to be appointed to the Meat Importers’ Council of America Inc (MICA) during their 55 year history and has held various MICA Directorship positions over the years as well as being actively involved in the McDonald Global Ocean Freight Committee. Kim has served in a number of roles throughout her extensive career including Vice President of Logistics for North American Processing Company (NAPRO), Export Specialist at Danzas AEI, a freight forwarding company, and Logistics Officer at Anzco Foods before taking up her current role as Director of Supply Chain at Fulton Market Group (FMG), a fully dedicated business to the McDonald’s system, procuring 60% of McDonald’s global beef requirements.
