Melissa is the sole Owner/Operator for a Black Angus cow-calf operation on her ranch in Marin County, California where she was born and raised. She also has a small-scale beef label for guests to purchase during their farm stay. Her pride and joy has been with livestock since she was young and her father was a large animal veterinarian where she was exposed to learning all aspects of animal husbandry and health.
