Along with his wife Gala and four daughters, Mitchel lives in Munfordville, Kentucky. There, he runs Logsdon Farms, a backgrounder, stocker, seedstock, and cow/calf operation. Mitchel’s industry involvement has included NCBA, serving on the board of Kentucky Farm Bureau, as Director of Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association, President of Hart County Farm Bureau, and Director and Treasurer of Hart County Cattlemen’s Association.
