A member of the dairy business for 35 years, Warren lives in Middlebury, Vermont, where he partners with his father and two brothers at Nop Brothers & Sons Farm to milk 1,150 cows and farm 3,000 acres. They also have a satellite dairy in Plainview, Texas, where they milk 525 cows. Warren has been an active member of the industry, serving on the Vermont Beef Industry Council and New England Dairy Promotion Board. He is a former board member on the St. Albans Cooperative Creamery Board and Dairy Farmers of America’s Northeast Area Council, and also serves on the Christian School Board, and is an elder in his church.
