Position: Executive and Administrative Coordinator
Nancy Dugan joined the Cattlemen’s Beef Board on January 8, 2024, with 10+ years of
administrative experience in the areas of departmental workflows, operational efficiencies,
training and team building.
Ms. Dugan most recently served as Executive Assistant to the C-Suite at HepQuant, LLC., a
Denver-based medical device company. Prior to HepQuant, LLC, she served as Charge Nurse
for Southern Pointe Living Center in Colbert, OK, where she provided nursing care to residents
and managed a team of Certified Nursing Aids.
Nancy has executive administrative experience in the mortgage banking, information technology,
and luxury jewelry retail industries. She earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Brooks College
in Long Beach, CA, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse in Oklahoma.
Nancy and her family relocated to Denver from North Texas where they lived for 20 years.
She resides in Castle Rock with her husband, Michael, of 25 years, their 21-year-old son, Evan,
and 17-year-old daughter, Rachel.
